Joy Vergara Clouston is a native of San Esteban, Ilocos Sur. She finished BS in Business Administration major in Management Information System (MIS) from Philippine School of Business Administration - Manila, class 1998. She worked in couple banks in the Philippines before coming to Taiwan (OSE Kaohsiung) to work in a factory but later transferred to an office. She's married to Miles Lee Clouston and they have a beautiful dughter, Maelee Nicole. The family lives in Lukang, Changhua.
